Mike is the owner and trainer at Mac Academy Dog Training, serving Eaton, Ohio and surrounding communities. His lifelong passion for dogs began in 4-H and developed through years of hands-on experience, including work with police K9s and the Southwest Regional K9 Training Group. His training style is practical and structured, shaped by real-world experience with working dogs.

Mike established Mac Academy in 2021 to offer clear, effective training for all dogs and handlers. He holds credentials from the Animal Behavior Institute, AKC Canine College, and is an AKC Evaluator. Mike specializes in building confidence, communication, and reliable obedience—whether working with family pets, high-drive working dogs, or dogs with behavioral issues. His goal is to help every dog and owner build a dependable partnership.
